Fees

Starting figures, then a note that matches your acreage and distance.

Agriculture yield tracking on a 90-hectare mixed farm is not the same job as a 400-hectare combinable block. The numbers below are where conversations begin. We confirm a fee in writing before any date is set.

Visit Starting fee What changes the figure
Seasonal yield review From £1,450 up to 250 ha Extra blocks, a second enterprise, or travel beyond Herefordshire
Field operations audit From £980 Number of diaries, contractors, and fields that must be walked
Harvest mapping sitting £420 half-day A full day if more than about twelve fields need sketches
Winter planning workshop £640 up to six people Hire of a village hall if the farmhouse cannot seat the table

How we quote

Write with acreage, cropping, harvest year, and whether a contractor combined. We reply with a fee, what is included, and a suggested month. Travel inside Herefordshire sits inside the starting fees. Powys, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, and Monmouthshire are costed by mileage and time before we accept.

Deposits

A 30% deposit holds a fortnight. The balance is due when the written pack or one-page workshop note is delivered. Mapping sittings are paid on the day unless you ask to invoice a business.

What we do not price

We do not sell monthly access, retainers that pretend to replace an agronomist, or packages named as if they were software tiers. If you want several visits in one winter, we will add them on one invoice with each visit named.
