Privacy notice
This notice explains how Desktop Routebase uses personal information when you enquire about agriculture yield tracking visits or read this site.
Data controller
Desktop Routebase is the controller. Postal address: 92 Caxton Place, Byford, HR4 8FH, United Kingdom. Email: hello@desktop-routebase.click. Telephone: 07815797624.
What we collect
From the enquiry form we receive your name, email, the visit you have in mind, holding location, preferred month, and the message you write. If we work together we also hold field lists, tickets, and notes needed to complete the visit. Telephone calls may lead us to write down a number and a brief summary.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to reply, quote, schedule, and deliver visits. The legal bases are steps prior to a contract, performance of a contract, and legitimate interests in running a small field-reading practice. We do not sell lists of growers.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for twelve months in case you write again about the same harvest. Booking records, invoices, and packs are kept for six years to meet ordinary accounting and complaint needs. Combine files you asked us to delete after a sitting are removed from our machines within thirty days of that request.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. To exercise rights, email hello@desktop-routebase.click. We may need to confirm who is writing.
International transfers
We try to keep records in the United Kingdom. If an email provider stores a copy outside the UK, we rely on that provider’s UK-approved transfer terms. We do not send yield files to unnamed processors for marketing.
